Iroha

An open-source, permissioned blockchain framework developed by SORAMITSU and part of the Hyperledger Foundation. Designed for simplicity and fast deployment with granular permissions, built-in asset management, and Byzantine fault tolerant consensus. Hyperledger Iroha 2 (written in Rust) adds WASM smart contracts and improved performance, making it suitable for enterprise systems, CBDCs, and national-level financial infrastructure.
